Gasoline prices today November 24 in the world market
This morning, November 24, 2025, world oil prices continued to decrease and maintained their lowest level in a month.
Specifically, at 9:00 a.m. (Vietnam time), Brent crude oil price reached 62.45 USD/barrel and West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil price reached 57.95 USD/barrel. At the end of yesterday’s trading session, both Brent crude oil price and WTI crude oil price decreased by about 0.2%.
Both crude benchmarks fell about 3% last week and hit their lowest levels since October 21, as the market worried that a Russia-Ukraine peace deal could lift sanctions on Russia and boost global oil supplies.
Since the beginning of November, Brent crude oil prices have decreased by 4.60% and are 14.18% lower than the same period last year; the monthly average also decreased by 4.5 – 6.1% compared to the previous month.
The latest report from the International Energy Agency (IEA) shows that global supply continues to increase, expected to add about 3.1 million barrels per day in 2025. The World Bank also believes that production growth in the period 2025-2026 will be stronger than demand.
Goldman Sachs believes the risk of oversupply may become more evident from 2026 when the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and its allies (OPEC+) loosens production restrictions, which could pull Brent crude oil prices to around $56/barrel and WTI crude oil prices to around $52/barrel.
In addition, the USD is on track for its best increase in 6 months, also contributing to the downward pressure on oil prices.
