The global financial market is holding its breath… A major event that could shake everything is about to take place — the U.S. Federal Reserve (FED) is preparing to announce its new interest rate decision. And this is the factor that directly affects stocks, gold, and even crypto.
If the FED keeps interest rates unchanged => nothing much will happen, and the stock market may rise slightly, giving us a calm final month of the year.
If the FED raises interest rates — this scenario is unlikely since it is currently unnecessary, but if it does happen, the market will absorb a strong shock, especially technology stocks and crypto, which could plunge without brakes.
And if the FED cuts interest rates in December, a “super bullish” scenario for the entire market may explode right at the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026. The current expectation for a rate cut is above 87% — making this the most likely scenario.
What we need to do now is stay calm and wait for the official announcement from the FED.
