Jefferies Highlights 4 Leading Asian AI Server Stocks as Global Demand Surges

Global demand for artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure continues to accelerate, drawing sharp investor attention to Asian manufacturers specializing in AI servers. In a newly released report, Jefferies identified four standout names—mostly Taiwan-based companies—that are best positioned to capitalize on the rapid global expansion of AI computing capacity.

Jefferies expects global server shipments to rise 13% in 2026, despite persistent memory component shortages. Total server shipments are projected to exceed 17 million units next year, driven by an 84% surge in AI server deliveries, while traditional server demand is set to grow a modest 5%. Large-scale orders from major cloud providers and the emerging “Neocloud” customer group remain key catalysts.

Based on these trends, Jefferies ranked four stocks with the strongest strategic positioning in the AI infrastructure cycle.

Hon Hai (Foxconn) — Ranked No. 1

Hon Hai Precision (2317 TT), the world’s largest electronics manufacturer, secured the top position in Jefferies’ ranking.

Foxconn’s manufacturing scale, deeply integrated supply chain, and long-standing partnerships with leading global tech firms enable it to rapidly expand its share in the high-specification, high-volume AI server market.

The company recently recorded all-time-high September revenue. Its chairman also met with the CEO of OpenAI to explore potential collaboration opportunities in AI. JPMorgan has raised its price target for the stock, citing expectations of sharply improving AI server revenue.

Wiwynn — Riding the Data Center Investment Wave

Wiwynn (6669 TT), a provider of hyperscale cloud infrastructure, remains a standout in high-performance server solutions. The company focuses on building optimized systems for AI workloads, aligning with the needs of global hyperscale data center operators.

With its strong positioning in high-performance computing, Wiwynn is expected to continue securing large orders from major cloud service providers worldwide.

Quanta — A Veteran Manufacturer Evolving for the AI Era

Ranked third is Quanta Computer (2382 TT), a long-time manufacturing partner for many of the world’s largest technology companies.

Quanta has significantly expanded its server business to capture the rising demand, particularly for high-density and energy-efficient server models used by enterprises and cloud platforms scaling AI deployment.

Wistron — Advancing With Custom-Built AI Server Solutions

Wistron (3231 TT) takes the fourth spot, supported by its strength in designing and manufacturing customized servers tailored for AI applications.

Ongoing investments in advanced production lines and R&D capabilities have allowed Wistron to enhance its competitiveness in the rapidly growing AI server market.
