Regulation & Safety
Amana operates under multiple jurisdictions. It is licensed by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) in Lebanon, and the Labuan Financial Services Authority (LFSA) in Malaysia. However, some licenses have been revoked, exceeded, or flagged as “Suspicious Clones” by regulators such as CySEC (Cyprus) and FCA (UK). These inconsistencies raise concerns regarding Amana’s regulatory reliability.
